How we’ve contributed
SOTTOS has a long history of supporting charity: water with our founder being one of its first major contributors. Our latest project is underway in Nepal, as of July 2024, with a piped system that will service a community in need.

Health
Around 297,000 children under the age of five die every year from diarrheal diseases caused by inadequate water and sanitation. Access to clean water and basic sanitation can save around 16,000 lives every week.

Time
Access to clean water gives communities more time to grow food, earn an income, and go to school -- all of which fight poverty.

Education
Less time collecting water means more time in class. Clean water and proper toilets at school means girls don’t have to stay home for a week out of every month.
