Due to the nature of polycarbonate component parts, the shoulders of your Roll Model™ will naturally sustain surface scratches and scuffs during use. These marks will generally be cosmetic and won’t impede the functional aspects of the bag.
The polycarbonate components can be cleaned with a solution of mild soap and warm water, applied with a soft cloth or washcloth. Some mild surface marks can be buffed out by using car wax or car polish. Whispering sweet nothings to your Roll Model™ also helps.
For scuff marks, we recommend using car polish. Avoid chemical cleaners, as they can damage the finish and leave a sticky residue. Apply the car polish to a soft cloth and gently rub the scuff mark. Remember to treat the scuffed area only, rather than the entire bag. In addition, you can alternatively use a magic eraser to remove scuff marks.

This is an incredible carry-on. I've been a loyal Tumi user for the past 25+ years and this bag relegated my weekly traveler. The wheels are incredible and make the unit feel feather light. I'm still working through the best way to pack the bag after the first two trips but every option seems to work. I've not needed to expand the extra capacity zipper because the thing holds so much. I've been stopped in airports and on planes with people asking about the luggage. They are drawn to it and impressed. That did not happen with my Ducati Tumi. Very excited for the next trips. Thrilled with this purchase.

I was disappointed when I found out that G-Ro Had gone out of business, but was relieved when I found out that SOTTOS bought the design and returned the bag to market. This carry on is set apart from the rest because of the big, flat wheels. The wheels effortlessly glide over rough surfaces and negotiate stairs with ease. The flat wheel design doesn’t take away from the bags internal capacity. The pleasing design constantly turns heads, and has people asking me who makes it. The layout of the bag in regard to the compartments is well thought out. The zipper expandability is a plus as well.
